Changes to Citizens Advice Opening Times

Are you having problems paying your bills?

Have you taken out pay day loans?

Are bailiffs contacting you regarding unpaid Council Tax and fines?

Have your benefits been sanctioned and are you finding it difficult to manage your finances?

Then St Helens Citizens Advice, St Helens Foodbank and The Hope Centre may be able to help you. They are providing “financial triage” services in Financial Awareness Hubs around St Helens, whereby anyone is able to access free debt advice.

People will be given professional help to manage tight finances, avoid pay day lenders and structure debt to prevent the situation from getting worse and to help people break out of crisis much faster.

Citizens Advice debt advisors are available at St Helens Foodbanks which run on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please see the table below for specific times.
